Tracing library

The library is intended to manage and activate all and any service tracing capabilities available at runtime.

When linking against it, this will enable the Observation API in projects that have RabbitMQ dependencies for both outgoing and incoming messages.

To disable it, just set management.tracing.enabled to false in your Spring application config file. If not specified, tracing will be enabled.
